My 2003 Nissan altima wont go over 20 mph

I changed spark plugs and coil pack still will
not go over 20 mph

A clogged catalytic converter can cause this problem to check do this test at night or in a dark place start vehicle and let idle for about 5-10 minutes then look under vehicle at converter if it starts to turn cherry red converter is clogged.
