2000 Lexus RX300 heater

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Heater blows cold. Eng Coolant temp is normal. Some suggeted the air mixer is not responding to the comands

Check the temp at your heater hoses. if one is hot and one is cold it means your heater core is plugged

well, the mixer is a possible cause, maybe you need to ensure that the a/c switch is turned off ( the compressor is not working during heating the cabin room )...i wish this could help.
