How can I tell if my 2003 RX300 is front wheel or all wheel drive?

The only sure way to tell is to have a Lexus dealer decode the VIN for you. Likely it is FWD as AWD models are normally badged as such on the exterior since it is a pricey and desireable option.

just look under the rear of the car and see if there's a rear pumpkin and 2 halfshafts going to each one of the rear wheels.
