dash is shredding

I have a 2007 leuxus 350. October of 2017 i found out about a out of date
recall for manufactor defect on the dash.. My dash is continuing to shred and
Lexus is refusing to be of any assistance  in replacing it. I have asked Lexus
to pay for dash and I will pay for labor, Lexus said they will not assist in any
way but, i can buy the dash myself. Does any one have any suggestions on
getting Lexus to help.

the recall has expired. You can buy a dash cover online that would look ok and be cheaper than replacing the dash
