The horn won't blow ..... I can press down
and it comes back up....just no sound
comes out.

check for /the fuse. or 12 volts to the fuse out and at the horn.

Kelly..... I don't want to be taken advantage of...the repair shop I went to said my Clock Spring/Spiral Cable needs to be replaced at a wooping $660. How can I check its the fuse for the horn
