How long do alero last

Have an '04 Alero with the 2.2 Ecotec, just rolled over 264000. Add 1 qt.oil between 5000 mile oil changes
I keep the oil changed every 5000 miles and the car has 330,000 miles on it. It just started using a pint of oil between oil changes. It is my daily driver. I drive about 56 RT miles to work and home every day. BTW, I bought my 2000 Alero new.
Change the oil and flush the tranny regularly, also watch out for motor mount failure
I have an 04 3.4 Oldsmobile Alero with 202,900 miles. I got it at 191,000 miles, I flushed coolant and switched from Dexcool to “Green Stuff”, replaced water pump, replaced all spark plugs all ignition coils, obviously the wires, the EGR Valve, a fuel filter, hazard switch, the whole AC system- compressor/accumulator & orophix tube. New front wheel bearings and outer tie rods- both sides. Different rims, a new OEM paint job and tint to top it off. Driven it 11k since May 2020 (it is now only august) back and forth from SC to TN for 5 hours straight religiously. I drive her heavy. I use conventional to make up for age in the engine. I change EVERY 3000 miles usually a couple hundred early. All is good. BUT...I HAVE NEVER TOUCHED THE TRANS FLUID BECAUSE IT DROVE PERFECT AND I DIDNT KNOW ENOUGH HISTORY.. should I flush or spill and fill? should I leave it alone? It has no codes.
