low tire pressure is on, how you stop it

Might be a nail or screw that you ran over and may be in the tire tread. I had a very sloooow leak in a rear tire last week and the low tire warning light came on. Couldn't see the screw with the sheared off head that was imbedded in the tread! A patch on the tire got it fixed, thank goodness! I'd say have it checked out at a local tire repair shop.
