Where does a Automatic Transmission Solenoid for a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix Located?
Just these past couple of days my gears feel like they're slipping. I could
be driving then it feels like it's just reving in place. I was able to get the
rpms up enough to where it would go back into gear and get it diagnosed
at a part store. They said I needed to get a Automatic Transmission
Solenoid replaced. We've got a transmission flush, and it was running great
for a few hours before the check engine light came back on. Got it
diagnosed still saying Automatic Transmission Solenoid, and
recommended that since we needed to drop the transmission oil pan to
replace the solenoid that we replace the filter. Well we replaced the filter
but cant find the where the Automatic Transmission Solenoid goes, we've
looked at diagram's and it doesn't look like it goes under the pan at all. Can
some one show me a proper diagram and tell me where it's located at?
