Is it worth buying?

Don't let the 180,000 scare you. If the price and value to you are in the range of what you want, the car's condition and history will tell you what to expect. Maintenance history, miles at last tune up, tire condition, interior and exterior condition, oil change documentation, accident/repair data, number of owners, or other details will speak to you. If all is OK, another 100K would not be out of the question. Also, verify the asking price by looking at the blue book info and negotiate from there..
