May need a tune on the CPU, but if its a good engine and not worn out it would be fine, go for it. Buy a full kit and it will come with the tune.
It has 200000 on the engine and would i need to do anything with the transmission

Well 200k is a lot to put the strain of a supercharger on. I would get the engine that came in the model with the supercharger, I know which one your thinking of, may can find a low mile model from a wreck or a yard or craigslist, get the wiring harness and computer. Trans would be wise too. Just too many miles on the non supercharger engine you have. If set on adding one to yours do a compression check to make sure its holding good compression. Some of these intakes gaskets are plastic and a new one would be a good idea.
