I have a "racing type" noise at speeds higher than 35 mph. What could this be?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

RPM guage appears normal, there are no guage / warning lights on, gas mileage is normal, when slowing down at high speeds you can hear the engine slowing down

Good place to check is autozone.com. they have a troubleshooting section where you can identify noises coming from your car and they give you a fix for the problem. http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?UseCase=S001&UserAction=viewSimpleDiagInfo&Parameters=info
