Dear BINJU-- I am not aware of the special requirements for driving your 1999 Subaru Forester in Africa. However the best way to find any parts you might need will come following a search on a site like Google or Yahoo. Hundreds of suppliers will pop up. king springs make stiffer ones, that's what i use in australia off road, also KYB struts are better than factory too
