I changed a battery in a 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback, now the parking lights won't turn off, unless I disconnect the terminals. What might be the problem?

did you check above the steering wheel for that switch that leaves your parking lights on?... my 2006 wrx wagon had it on the steering column... check that... if its red its on
