1992 Toyota Paseo oil looks like muddy water on dip stick

Recently had radiator and water pump replaced. No heat in passenger compartment yet engine is overheating
compression check on all cyl. the same 150, has a small amount of smoke (white) from exhaust pipe, no moisture.
Still starts and runs.

Sorry I didn't read the title on your post. Sounds like head gasket with the milky oil.
Whoever replaced the radiator should have investigated further- I hope it isn't a blown head gasket, but here's what you do- that is a cool little car, so it is worth fixin' up- find a GOOD mechanic in a GOOD garage and have them tell you what it needs- there ARE some honest mechanics out there-
Since the compression check shows even compression across all cylinders is it possible that it is a cracked head or block. Thank you for your suggestion to seek a good mechanic.
