Did chevy produce a 4-door chevelle called a brougham

Hey lowdog-- I doubt it. You usually found the Brougham designation as a dealer installed extra. In an effort to ad a little high class look to a car, a dealer might have added a fake convertible top, or extra chrome, or some other shiny option he could charge you a lot of money for. The name brougham goes back to pre-automobile days and defined a wagon in which two or four passengers sat inside and the driver sat outside. Cadillac did use the designation succesfully as the best equipped of its Fleetwood line. Good luck from Bovan.
