i got a 73 chevelle malibu for 2000$ 350bored 30 over cam 670carb lot of power i wanted to see a history report or info on the car that is like history report, but everything like carfax and ohers must have a 17 letter vin, mine has a 13 letter vin can anyone help me find someplace to gine the history report

You can contact the records division of GM. For a fee (about $50 last time I checked) they will provide you with all the build information, etc., from when the car left the factory.
