Is a 1970 Camaro with a 302 advertised duration 500 lift for $10k a good price? i have pics on my profile

i ve been offer to purchasse this car for 10k next saturday, and i am not sure if its a good deal or not, i am looking at it as an investment, but i dont know much about it. Thank you for your comments.

YES,1970 Camaros are rare today,people who have them,keep them.would be nice if it were stock.but for 10K,jump on it.
