Ran out of oil

My car ran out of oil , I put some in and when I atarted it up it would not steer ,
and abs light is on , and then battery light came on , then it just clicked and
would not start , what can I do

Sounds like the serp. belt broke by pure coincidence as with the other things , as long as it's not ticking or knocking these things should be able to get fixed
