no heat in a 2006 escape

changed thermastat , all hoses are hot and still no heat

air diverter door under dash not flipping , the heats in their but the door flap is not swinging to divert air flow over hot core

try to put a pencil to this....you may have trouble...that's why I came up with the Borg Cube, which by the picture seems to have only one vacuum connection...where's the coolant....this must control a valve (unseen)....how else?~
Go with jimmy on this one. Sounds like it could be a bad actuator in the dash. Sometimes ive seen the doors break but thats rare. Most likely its the actuator.
