If you are sure the remote's battery is good, then the car's battery must be dead. Try opening the door with the key if you have one.

Try another door lock if it has one. Last resort, try to reach through the grill and pop the hood open and jumper power to the battery long enough to make the electric locks work. The jumper cables may even get the engine started to drive and get the battery tested/replaced. Check alternator too.

In some communities the police will help people locked out of their cars with a "Jimmy Stick". It can reach down along the window glass to trip the door latch. Otherwise you may have to call a locksmith and we know that will cost.
