2007 Civic Hybrid completely dead except of 4-way flasher and horn, Batter good.

Car has sat for a few weeks so I thought it was a dead battery. Could not
jump start it. Had battery tested and fully charged. Nothing has power except
for horn and flashers. When I turn ignition switch all the way I hear a soft click
in trunk/back of car.  When I take the key out of ignition switch if feels warm.
Thought maybe it was a bad ground but since horn/flashers work I guess not.
One other detail, when ignition is all the way on (second position) flashers
and horn work separately. Any other position flashers and horn turn on
together when I turn on flashers.  Any suggestions where to start?  Thanks in
advance.

Well, here's what's happened so far. I'm not sure what ran the battery down but that's what seemed to cause the problem. It seems that attempts to jump start it blew the 100 amp "Main Fuse" in the under-the-hood fuse compartment. Once that was fixed everything worked except the door locks (tried both sets of keys). After much experimenting, I changed the batteries in both keys, even though they tested as good, and that fixed that. So now everything works but I'm trying to figure out what runs the battery down. I've charged the battery and now it seems to hold a charge. I've also put the voltmeter on DC amps (thanks to the excellent Royalty Auto troubleshooting videos on YouTube) and checked the draw but only see 15 milliamps. They say not to worry unless you see 30 - 50 milliamps or more. I'm still testing but in summary the initial problem seems to have been that 100 amp main fuse in the under-the-hood engine compartment. Hope this helps someone else with the same problem!
