Truck died help!

I got a 2001 chevy s10 most of the time it runs fine
but some time if I'm driving or even just rolling my
truck is fine if I stop at a light it dies but I'll let it sit
and the recent it and it'll run fine

if it when you try to stop is when the car off;then you need to add more to it slow.
