WATER IN THE SPARK PLUGS , CAN IT BE FIXED?

did you Hydrolock your truck or did water leak into the Cylinder? Cause if it leaked in i’ll say that you more than likely have a bad head gasket.. to get the water out you can pull spark plugs and turn the vehicle over for 15-20 seconds to pump the water out of the hole and make sure after all the water is out to dry everything off including spark plugs. I will suggest to put all new plugs in though once you know all the water is out.
