4.3 v6 vortex how do i change the 1 2 shift solanoid in my 95 chevy S-10 2 wheel drive

you have to drop the pan. and change the smallest solanoid u see. thats the 1-2 solanoid.

yes remove pan the shift solenoids are at the rear ov valve body there is2 of them next to each other thats them 1-2 and 2-3 its best to replace both but can replace one if you want be carful ther is a spring loaded valve that will pop out when remove solenoid you dont want to lose or damage it if it falles out it held in by a u shaoed retainer pull strait down
