How do i remove the rear panels in a 1993 C1500 to replace speakers

I bought new speakers for my car but can't figure how to remove the plastic covers in the back. It is exended cab.

you will need to remove your bench seat to get that panel off. start by opening your jack tool box under the seat. screw two nuts down all the way on the bolt that is sticking up. then unscrew the bolt by turning the lower nut counter-clockwise. once thats gone remove the bolts holding the seat in place (theres 4 on the passenget side and one on the drivers side). then use a trim tool to pop it out. its easy to do it just takes time. go slow to avoid breaking the clips. hope this helps.
