98 Toyota Camry will not start all the time

you jump it runs fine has good
voltage at alternator and battery

What Engine in this vehicle? What is the voltage reading at the battery...engine NOT running? What is the Voltage when the engine runs? Any warning lights on or flashing?

Start by checking the basics. All battery connections clean and tight. All wires to and from the battery have good clean connections at both ends? Starter is bolted securely? Check "Last chance's" ideas as well. Hope this helps.
