Look under the hood. There should be a fuse...relay box. Open and lift the cover. Look on the underside of the cover. There should be an ID of the fuses and relays residing there. I think there are 3 fan relays. With the engine running and fans running...tap tap on each relay with something like a screwdriver. One of those relays may be stuck. If no favorable result...remove one relay at a time and observe the results. Get back to us with your observations.
