i have a 1990 toyota camry and the coolant leaks out but not from the radiator but from the shield cover under the car. What are the possible places it coul be leeking from?

lot of places, check the water pump, if it goes bad water comes out from it, check the water pipes as well. .

In almost all cases....we have to remove those shields to pinpoint the leak I suggest you have this issue diagnosed by your favorite mechanic. Car should be up on a lift and a pressure gauge applied to the cooling system.
