has power to motor connection and still not working.

i have power to my driver side window switch, power to the connector for
window drive motor, window still not working. i bought a new motor still
nothing. could i have broken common wire? if so how can i repair it?

You forgot power window basics, the switch reverses the polarity for different directions. So the wires that are positive and negative for the up then become negative and positive for the down.

The two wires going to the motor are both positive and the motor is grounded by being bolted to the window regulator. Since you have power to the motor it sounds like a bad ground. Jim
