Dangling connection is it related to power steering?

Hello,

So my power steering has completely stopped
working on my 07 Ford F-150 5.4 Triton. Didn’t
really worry about it as I could still drive it like that
for now. Today I lifted the truck to change the oil
and noticed this dangling. Anyone have any idea
what this is or where it hooked up too?
