When it does not start, you should check to see if power is getting to the small wire on the relay when the key is turned in the start position. If it is not, may be the ignition switch. If this is a manual transmission, it may be the neutral safety switch. If power is getting to the relay and does not start, then replace the relay.
Replace the relay put a light test on the small wire light didnt light up but when i started to drive it around then test it again it lights up then you wait and hour go out dosent start its a automadic
So power is not getting to the small wire when it does not start. Try moving the shifter around in park when it does that, it may be the neutral safety switch, or the ignition switch. One of those switches is not allowing power threw when you turn the key to start. A cheap item you may want to try would be the starter relay in the fuse box.
Did it in park and moved it around didnt do the relay fuse ill try it thanks
I'm assuming ur truck doesn't have an alarm with a kill switch, if that's the case, check voltage coming out of the ignition switch. Most likely that's where the problem will be
It was the neutral safty switch
