Is a 2001 F-150 fuel shutoff switch under the kick panel

I took my back tank off my 1990 Ford F-150 and just run my lines strait I put a new gas tank and fuel pump on the front every since I’ve done that my fuel pump won’t kick off whenever you turn on the key it stays running i Replaced the relay that’s on the brown switch I am asking if it could be the green relay that’s causing it to run constantly
