You probably need the driver's brake hose. They tend to swell up and not allow slot of brake fluid through

and or....is the valve clogggged up ? also a pinched line ??

Easy to test the line,just undo it from caliper,if no fluid,yes it will be the line,but if fluid comes out,replace the caliper.
