2000 Century Dash and climate control lights went out.

Shortly after, taillights out.  The chime alert for headlights left "on" dings every
time the door is opened.  Auto lights on after dark stopped working as well.   
Headlight switch or...?

Also - "lights on" chime dings with switch unplugged as well.
