No power brakes 2006 Chrysler Town and Country 3.3L

I have a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country 3.3L.  I had a lot of engine  
vibration and an engine light and my tester read P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire.  
I replaced all spark plugs and wires and completely disconnected the
battery while doing the repairs.  After reconnecting the battery and starting
the vehicle, the engine light disappeared but the vibration was still present
and the power brakes were nonexistant, meaning that I have to stomp on
the pedal to get any stopping power.  A day or two later, the vibration
has subsided but I still have no power brakes and no warning lights on.  No
other problems.  I know I didn't damage anything while replacing the plugs
and wires but no power brakes still.  Any suggestions?

it sounds like your engine belt is routed rong

Everything was running fine before I replaced plugs/wires. Belt was never touched

I was left with no power brakes after changing spark plugs exactly as described by Michael. After some online research I found out that the vacuum hose going to the break fluid reservoir was accidentally disconnected. Once put back in place, issue was gone. PG
