2005 ram 1500 knocking noise only when truck is moving

My truck is knocking from rear end
somewhere only when truck is moving
when sitting still in gear no noise i
changed calipers an brake pads an
drive shaft is not loose any
suggestions

The differential oil needs to be checked and examined for metal fragments.
