Why is the word "Security" on the dash of 2002 Dodge Ram truck

While driving a 2002 Dodge Ram truck, the word 'security' appears on the dash.
I don't know what is the issue. The battery was recently replaced.

take it to auto zone or a shop and have them hook up there code reader and reset all codes and the security warning will go out.
