Those kind of swaps can be very consuming on your wallet and your time. You should try looking for Dodge forums where people have probably done that many times and they should be able to fill you in on what enginge/tranny combo is easiest to get and install and what should be done with the wiring and what-not. If you have never done one before I suggest lots of reading on the subject before you start.
