Question type: Maintenance & Repair

truck seems to sputter when gas pedal is pressed from stop on up to 4th gear, also while cruising at highway speeds, i'll get small hesitations as pedal is depressed. Just had fuel pump/filter replaced by dealer about 5m miles ago. Need help as to what might be happening?

Could also be a bad throttle position sensor, or a fouled spark plug/bad plug wire which is causing a persistent miss under load. When was the last tune-up?
