Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Any more thoughts on this problem? I can get the
truck to go into 4wd but it doesn't lock the front
wheels in but the front drive shaft turns, like itnis
loosing Vacuum? Inner and out seal bad? Vacuum
hoses bad? Need help
