Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Hi all I have a 2002 ford f350 7.3 that has
absolutely no power anywhere inside the cabin.
Specifically no power to fuse box under dash. I
have traced the wires from battery and checked for
fuses but no luck?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a 2003 Ford expedition. The P303 burned up. It is located inside the cabin on the right side under the dash. I could start the truck but it only run about 10 mins then shut down. Every time I started it, it reset but would shut down. When I googled it it says all Ford 2002 toc2006 has this problem. It is the fuel pump relay.
My 2003 Expedition had the same problem except it was the passenger side, kick panel fuse box. I had to install a new fuse box at $400 because the relay is built in. The good news is that it is a 1 hour job.
Since there is no power at all I suspect the hot wire is broken or corroded where it attaches to the battery.
Hey thanks for all the help guys I actually found it right after I asked lol It turned out to be ford in all there glory, attached the main power cable to the fender well and it allows water to get in it and it corroded it out ie breaking the line and walla no power......its on the drivers side wheel well and it's the power cable for the fuse box.
My problem. Thanks for all y'alls help!

I just had the exact same problem on my 2002 Ford F-350 7.3 diesel and this string saved me. Thanks so much for posting the fix you had. My truck started acting up a month ago, would randomly start or stop and all sorts of issues with the dash and lights acting up. A few days ago I had no power at all except the direct powered lift gate, I found the break this morning and spliced a piece of wire in and all back to normal.
