Did u test both sides of fuses just to make sure? Sounds like they somewhere share a common line from battery. Tracing it another story. Can u get wiring diagram on line and follow wiring? I hate electrical...lol

Yes I've tested both sides of the fuse somebody has told me that it is very likely to be the body control module has went bad

Control modules don't typically go bad. And I don't think u should just start there. But go to auto zone and test for codes for free. Call Ford and ask if modules control these units especially at same time. But I guess any things possible.

Your problem is your gage cluster in the dash they are commonly faulty in those years the radio windows and even the transmission shift are all linked through the dash cluster. You can have it repaired I recommend repair over replace. Repair they will add. NOn Oem parts to last longer. If you buy a new cluster at 500-700 most likely will have same issues later on down the road
