start car up its cool when sitting drive car starts to overheat and water bubbles
and runs out of coolant

It can if it's sucking air instead of coolant from the degas bottle (aka your reservoir) the cooling system is meant to be a closed system.

Yes and you do not want to run your Lincoln engine hot or it can blow head gaskets fast, so get a new or good used one.

might be the heads leaking...have a sniffer /smog put up to the water and see if its free of emissions..
