1990 miata crankshaft positioning sensor

I have a 1990 miata, The car cranks but doesnt fire up, The spark plugs work,
the injectors are good, it has a new fuel pump and fuel filter, all fuses are
good, everything should be good but im thinking its the crankshaft positioning
sensor or camshaft sensor whatever you call it any thoughts?
