My 2006 Mercury Milan is having turn signal problems.. Car reads check turn lights on the front. Both replaced and the driver side stays on permanently and drains my battery. We replaced the switch in the dash board and it still isn't working.. Any help guys?

Cant say ive seen this before. this would be tough to sit here and tell you what to check. I would take it to the dealer and have them fix it i would think it to be a problem with either the instrument cluster or the bcm which controls the lights. but its hard to say
