Oil filter laek

I have golf 1 1.4 my problem is that when i start it
the oil filter ruber comes out with oil.i bhought
another 1 nd changed the oil bt still it happing it
pop out again.

There is no way the gasket should blow out. I suspect the old gasket got stuck on the mounting surface when you took the old oil filter off. So you have 2 gaskets on there and the one is blowing out. Remove the oil filter, make sure the gasket is in it. Check the mounting surface and look for a gasket stuck to it.
