Convertible drop function on 2004 new beetle

I have a 2004 new beetle convertible and the function that allows the window
to drop a little to allow the window to clear the convertible top stopped
working, could it be a fuse because when I go to drop the top and release the
latch in the roof to release and drop the top all four Windows go down about
an inch the way it should. So that's why I ask if it could be a fuse or not, and if
so, which one?

I had the same problem. The computer system needs to be reset. It took about 2 minutes at the dealer
