Vw beetle convertible top

My 2004 beetle convertible top( I just bought  top
came apart from left top corner of the window
glass. Upon looking it seems like it's just out of the
bracket..but when u put it back in it pops out the
other side. Help!!!!)

I got the same issue. Mine is 2006 though. I just bought it and it couldnt fully close the left side near windshield. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fortunately, i got the issue fixed when i left it for detailing today. They took the soft top off the car for cleaning and put it back on. Thats it... It probably needed right person who have knowledge on how to put it on right.. LOL..

These beetles have top problems and battery/alt problems! My digital clock and other gauges wont turn off either
