How can I find out the exact kind of vw beetle I bought used when ordering parts?

I bought a used 2001 vw beetle. However, whenever I try to order parts online they want to know what kind o trim, gl, gls and so on.. I have no ideal how to find this out.  thanks

the trim base does not matter when your ordering parts unless you have a sports mode vehicle. You can go to your dealer and give um the vin and they can tell you if ytou really need to know and i would imadgine the owners manuel would have it right on the front as well.
