2000 VW Beetle ening swap

I have a 2001 Beetle with a 2.0 that was wrecked, I want to put the 2.0 in a 2000 Beetle body that had a 1.8 in it. The wiring harness is different at engine. What will i have to do to use the 2.0 in the 1.8 body ?

remove the old wireing harness and computer as well as the cluster and igniton unit and probly the alarm system
